Location: Behind the Libary in Altdolf is a alley. Go down it and through the door at the end.
You will then go down some stairs into a basement. Heres the WARDB Link

Eye Hideout.

I solo'd the March of the Dead PQ, just a green bag. I suspect that the loot bag loadouts are semi-random.

Still pissed over the keep raiding last night, gold bag loaded and I had 2nd contribution, but placed 9th after the roll. ><
